Kamati maalum ya Seneti imeshikilia uamuzi wa kubanduliwa kwa naibu gavana wa Siaya William Oduol.
Katika ripoti iliyowasilishwa bungeni hii leo jopo hilo la wanachama 11 lilimpata Oduol na hatia ya mashtaka mawili aliyokabiliwa nayo.
Oduol alikabiliwa na mashtaka ya ukiukaji mkubwa wa katiba na sheria zingine, na utovu wa nidhamu uliokithiri na matumizi mabaya ya ofisi.
Hatma ya Oduol sasa ipo mikononi mwa maseneta ambao watapiga kura kuidhinisha ripoti hiyo au kuiangusha na kumrejesha ofisini.Iwapo wajumbe 24 kati ya 47 wataunga mkono ripoti ya kamati hiyo basi Oduol atabanduliwa mamlakani.
