John Tuya katika jengo la bunge la kaunti ya Narok.Kupitia mtandao wake wa twitter,gavana Ntutu amesema kuwa Bw. Tuya atasimamia masuala ya utumishi wa umma wa Kaunti, kupanga shughuli, kuweka kumbukumbu za mikutano ya kamati kuu ya kaunti sawa na kuwasilisha maamuzi ya kamati kuu ya kaunti kwa wananchi au mamlaka husika.
