Miili mingine mitano imefukuliwa na maafisa wa upelelezi wanaoendelea na awamu ya tatu ya zoezi la ufukuaji katika Msitu wa Shakahola na kufanya idadi ya waliofukuliwa kufikia 247.
Kufukuliwa kwa makaburi mengine 22 yaliyogunduliwa wiki jana kunalingana na ziara ya Waziri wa Usalama wa Ndani Kithure Kindiki na mkuu wa DCI Mohamed Amin katika msitu wa huo siku ya Jumanne.
Wakati wa zoezi hilo Jumanne, timu ya msoroveya kutoka Wizara ya Ardhi iliamua kwamba ardhi inayomilikiwa na mhubiri mwenye utata Paul Mackenzie ni ekari 3716 wala si ekari 800 kama ilivyoripotiwa awali.
Kulingana na CS Kithure, eneo hilo la uhalifu halitatumika tena kwa shughuli za binadamu, badala yake litageuzwa kuwa ukumbusho.
Wakati huo huo, wanajeshi waliweka kambi kwenye eneo hilo na wanatarajiwa kuanza kuchimba barabara za muda baada ya kugawanya ardhi hiyo katika maeneo ya ekari 200 na 500 ili kurahisisha harakati huku msako wa makaburi zaidi ya watu wengi ukizidi.
Wapelelezi wanaochunguza tukio hilo la kushtua wanaamini waumini hao walikuwa wakiongozwa na mafundisho ya kidini kabla ya kuingizwa katika makazi ya muda ndani ya msitu wa Shakahola, ambapo walikufa kwa njaa.
Jumla ya sampuli 93 za DNA zimekusanywa, na watu 34 wanaohusishwa na tukio hilo wamekamatwa, akiwemo kiongozi wa madhehebu Paul Mackenzie.
Mahakama ya Mombasa mnamo Ijumaa iliagiza Mackenzie na washukiwa wengine 16 kusalia chini ya ulinzi wa polisi hadi Jumatano wiki ijayo ili kuruhusu kusikizwa kwa ombi la kutaka kuzuiliwa kwa siku 60 zaidi.
