Miungano ya Kenya Kwanza na Azimio la Umoja imetia saini sera ya mfumo wa mazungumzo.Mfumo huo wa mazungumzo utakuwa waraka wa kisheria ambao utaongoza mazungumzo na kutoa muda uliopangwa.
Utiaji saini wa sera hiyo unajiri siku moja baada ya Seneti kuidhinisha rasmi kuundwa kwa kamati hiyo, ikiimarisha kazi yake kisheria na kuruhusu timu hiyo kutumia rasilimali za umma.
Zoezi hilo la kutia saini lilishuhudiwa na kamati ya mazungumzo inayoongozwa na kinara wa Wiper Kalonzo Musyoka na kiongozi wa wengi katika Bunge la Kitaifa Kimani Ichung’wah.
